POLICIES: FEES AND APPOINTMENTS
How frequently we meet depends on a variety of factors. We will take our time at the beginning of treatment to determine what frequency works for you. For the integrity of the work we will be doing, I do not begin less than once a week.
Once we have found a time(s) that works, these will be yours for the duration of our treatment. If you have to cancel a session, we will attempt to reschedule that appointment. When you let me know sometime in advance of your vacation schedule I will not charge you for those missed sessions nor, of course, for the sessions I am away. Otherwise, you are responsible for payment.
My fee is $200 for a fifty-minute session.
Unless there is a prior arrangement, full payment is due either weekly or monthly. I accept cash, checks or credit/debit/HSA cards. I am willing to bill your insurance companies for you but prefer that you pay me the agreed upon amount and accept insurance reimbursements yourself. You are ultimately responsible for the payment. If the insurance company sends me the check, I can either sign it over to you or apply it to the following month’s total.
